We wish all our valued customers a healthy and fun 2011. Did you know that we don't have a deep fat fryer in our restaurant? We are delighted to serve Mediterranean style cusine with a strong emphasis on local produce, including brilliant seafood from M.J. Flanagans here in Waterford City and best quality. We are happy to facilitate any special dietary requirements along the way, just ask any of our floor staff for assistance.
